1 Main structural features of the machine tool

1.3 Large-sized servo turret/power turret, standard configuration of 32 tool squares, φ50 round tool holder, ensuring the rigidity requirements of large cutting volume;
1.4 The large-diameter built-in rotating center, the tailstock sleeve is supported by the bearing structure, and the mandrel can rotate independently, which greatly improves the rotating accuracy and support rigidity of the center, and is suitable for the processing of large shaft parts;

1.5 Longitudinal and horizontal drives adopt high-performance AC servo motors, with high positioning accuracy and flexible and reliable movements;
1.6 The automatic centralized lubrication device is adopted, and the lubrication is sufficient and reliable;
1.7 The cooling and chip removal system adopts a floor-standing separate water tank and chip box (chip conveyor is also optional), which is easy to clean.

2 Purpose and scope of application of the machine tool

2.1 In addition to the basic functions of turning, grooving and chamfering, the machine tool can also process various metric and inch internal and external threads, as well as drilling, expanding, reaming, rolling and other processing;
