Technical service requirements:

 

Installation and commissioning: Seller

Responsible for free installation and adjustment of CNC double column machining center at the buyer's site, and free on-site training for operation and maintenance personnel. (The buyer provides the engineer's transportation and accommodation)

Technical support: The seller provides effective technical support, and can adjust the machine parameters according to the characteristics of the products processed by the buyer.

 

Warranty period: After the machine tool is accepted, the machine tool will provide a 12-month free warranty, and parts and services will be provided free of charge during the warranty period, and the service will be timely and effective.

Service time commitment: within 24 hours after the seller receives the machine tool failure repair report, the after-sales service personnel will handle it.

Technical support after the warranty period expires: Within 2 years after the warranty period expires, the seller will provide free soft technical consulting services. If the machine tool mechanical part or system part fails, the seller will provide free soft technical consulting services.

Parts supply after the warranty period expires: After the warranty period expires, the seller can provide the buyer with a comprehensive discount for vulnerable repair parts for a long time, and the repair parts are provided to the buyer at the purchase cost price of the seller.

Acceptance program:

After debugging in the seller's factory, the buyer can carry out pre-acceptance, check the geometric accuracy and positioning accuracy, and process the standard test piece to realize the processing accuracy and processing range, and the goods can be shipped after the two parties have signed the qualified inspection.

The inspection result is subject to the final acceptance.

 

After-sale service:

 

From the date of delivery of the goods, the warranty responsibility for the quality of the product itself shall be assumed within one year.

If it is the user, the unnatural damage caused by improper use or modification is not covered by the above warranty, and the user must pay the maintenance cost.

After the warranty period is exceeded, the company will also arrange personnel to go to the quality tracking from time to time. In principle, the cost of replacement parts will be charged.
